St Albans City & District Council is carrying out a public consultation on the draft Strategic Local Plan agreed by Cabinet.

The plan sets out overarching policies and principles for what can be built where in St Albans District over the next two decades.

The consultation runs for six weeks from Friday 10 October until 5pm on Sunday 23 November 2014.

The best way to comment on the plan is by using the online consultation system which can be accessed at http://stalbans-consult.limehouse.co.uk/portal.

A public information booklet setting out key issues and questions, and supporting technical documents are available online, and printed copies can be obtained from libraries and District, Town and Parish Council offices.
