Well done to everyone who attended the free Sopwell Eco-stars Seasonal Cooking for Less event at the Cottonmill Community and Cycling Centre. Dishes included a cheat’s spring veg lasagne and an Italian-style chicory salad. Sessions are open to Sopwell residents, and particularly aimed at beginners or those that are looking to learn something new. Interested in taking part?
