Synopsis

The culmination of over three years of research by local historian and resident Sandy Norman, the book tells the history of Sopwell from its medieval beginnings through to the 20th century. Sopwell’s story is told through a series of anecdotes from local residents, photographs and documents.

Thanks to all those that contributed to the work, gave grants, donated funds and bought the book, allowing the SRA to self publish. Any further profits go back into supporting SRA activities.
