Seasonal Cooking for Less

Well done to everyone who attended the free Sopwell Eco-stars Seasonal Cooking for Less event at the Cottonmill Community and Cycling Centre. Dishes included a cheat’s spring veg lasagne and an Italian-style chicory salad.
